Job description

PRISM Inc. is seeking a Network Engineer to provide full-lifecycle support for enterprise network assets. You will be responsible for the secure installation, configuration, and continuous monitoring of mission-critical hardware and security infrastructure onsite in Seaside, CA., Administer and maintain routers, switches, firewalls (Palo Alto), load balancers (F5), and wireless infrastructure. Implement DoD STIG requirements and manage specialized security tools, including IDS/IPS, COMSEC (TACLANE), ClearPass, and AnyConnect. Monitor system health via SolarWinds and master consoles; perform disaster recovery operations and routine data backups. Diagnose complex hardware/software issues and replace faulty components to ensure 24/7 system integrity. Coordinate with end-users to resolve systemic problems and optimize network performance.

Requirements

8570-8140 Compliant IAT II (CompTIA Security +CE or similar) 10 years of relevant Network Administration and Engineering, and the DoD STIG implementation process. Proficiency with DNS appliances, EKMS, and enterprise monitoring tools, Associate's degree preferred Active CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional)
