Job description
SAP NS2 is currently seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join their team. The responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
- Developing, customizing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications, modules, and integration
- Working with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Producing and running test cases to guarantee software quality.
- Documenting code and application functionality.
- Staying up to date with ServiceNow releases and contributing to continuous improvement effort
Requirements
This position requires access to customer data. Must be a U.S. citizen; SAP NS2 does not offer Visa sponsorships for this role. All internals must have manager's approval to transfer., * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related. Years of experience may be used in lieu of a degree
- 5+ years of working with ServiceNow, including configuring an ITSM service catalog
- Proficiency with ServiceNow development, such as scripting, workflows, and integrations.
- Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is desirable.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
QUALIFICATION:
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator required
- Certified ServiceNow Developer required
- Configuration Management Database (CMDB) configuration and development experience required
- ServiceNow Product Experience preferred in the following Modules SPM, IRM, SecOps and ITOM
- SPM (Strategic Portfolio Mgmt.), IRM (Integrated Risk Mgmt.), SecOps (Security Ops), ITOM (IT Operations Mgmt.)
- ITIL Processes knowledge and certification
- ServiceNow Product Experience with Knowledge Management
- SCRUM framework and methodology
- Angular Java, Java Script
- Rest API, WSDL and JSON
- Mobile App Development experience preferred
- Minimum 4-year University degree or equivalent work experience
- English: Fluent
- Travel: 0-10%
