SAP NS2 ServiceNow Developer

SAP NS2 is currently seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join their team. The responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

• Developing, customizing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications, modules, and integration
• Working with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Producing and running test cases to guarantee software quality.
• Documenting code and application functionality.
• Staying up to date with ServiceNow releases and contributing to continuous improvement effort

This position requires access to customer data. Must be a U.S. citizen; SAP NS2 does not offer Visa sponsorships for this role. All internals must have manager's approval to transfer., * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related. Years of experience may be used in lieu of a degree

• 5+ years of working with ServiceNow, including configuring an ITSM service catalog
• Proficiency with ServiceNow development, such as scripting, workflows, and integrations.
• Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is desirable.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

QUALIFICATION:

• Certified ServiceNow Administrator required
• Certified ServiceNow Developer required
• Configuration Management Database (CMDB) configuration and development experience required
• ServiceNow Product Experience preferred in the following Modules SPM, IRM, SecOps and ITOM

• SPM (Strategic Portfolio Mgmt.), IRM (Integrated Risk Mgmt.), SecOps (Security Ops), ITOM (IT Operations Mgmt.)

• ITIL Processes knowledge and certification
• ServiceNow Product Experience with Knowledge Management
• SCRUM framework and methodology
• Angular Java, Java Script
• Rest API, WSDL and JSON
• Mobile App Development experience preferred
• Minimum 4-year University degree or equivalent work experience
• English: Fluent
• Travel: 0-10%
