Job description

Chesapeake Consultants is seeking a Program Integrator Level 1 to support a mission-focused government program in the Fort Meade area. The selected candidate will work closely with Government Program Managers to assist with program execution, financial tracking, and coordination of program activities across multiple contracts and initiatives.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in program management, financial analysis, acquisition support, or contract execution within the DoD or Intelligence Community.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Government Program Managers with resource planning, execution tracking, and program coordination

Analyze financial execution and projection reports from contractors and government business offices

Support development of program documentation including Statements of Work (SOW), program schedules, acquisition documentation, and risk plans

Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for program reviews and leadership updates

Track program performance against cost, schedule, and performance baselines

Conduct data analysis using Excel to evaluate program execution and funding utilization

Assist with program reviews and support the preparation of financial and program status reports

Support development of program management reports, staffing metrics, and financial execution summaries

Requirements

4+ years of experience in program management, contract management, financial management, or acquisition support within DoD or the Intelligence Community

Bachelor's degree in Business, Program Management, Finance, or a related field

Experience supporting program execution, financial tracking, or acquisition documentation

Strong analytical and communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Desired Qualifications

Familiarity with NSA program management tools (Plan-It or similar systems)

Experience supporting government program offices or portfolio management activities
