Full-Stack AI Developer / AI Application Engineer

Design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications using React, Next.js, Node.js, and Python

• Integrate AI services and LLM-based tools into business applications using platforms such as Azure AI and external APIs

• Develop intelligent workflows, agent-style tools, and data-driven applications that can analyze information and automate tasks

• Build intuitive, accessible user interfaces for applications that may serve a wide range of end users

• Create backend services, database-connected features, and user management functionality using tools such as Supabase and cloud deployment platforms like Vercel

• Collaborate on rapid prototyping, architecture decisions, testing, deployment, and ongoing product improvement

• Use Cursor, Git, GitHub, Docker, and modern development environments to support reliable software delivery, This position supports a high-performing team that has delivered more than 13 production applications to date, including AI-powered assistive tools, intelligent agent systems, and full-stack data platforms. We are seeking someone who can help sustain this momentum and continue driving innovative AI solutions to address our business challenges.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment where they can take ownership of projects from conception through deployment, collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, and leverage cutting-edge AI technologies to create practical, user-friendly applications.

2+ years of hands-on experience building full-stack applications, or equivalent portfolio depth demonstrating shipped projects

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Python

• Experience with React and Next.js for frontend development

• Experience with Node.js for backend/API development

• Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into applications, including LLM APIs, orchestration tools, or model-serving platforms

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and developer tools such as Microsoft Azure, Supabase, Vercel, Git, GitHub, Docker, and VS Code

• Ability to architect applications from concept to deployment and work independently in a fast-moving environment

• Experience with LangChain or similar AI orchestration frameworks

• Experience building AI agents, multi-tool workflows, or conversational applications

• Experience with charting, dashboards, or time-series analysis features in business software

• Exposure to accessibility-focused design, speech tools, or human-centered AI applications

• Coursework or formal training in machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, data science, or robotics

• Prior production deployment experience in a business environment

• Experience with authentication, security, logging, monitoring, and scalable backend architecture

• Experience building internal business tools, AI copilots, dashboards, or workflow automation systems

• Knowledge of fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), vector databases, and evaluation/guardrail frameworks

• Experience with both Azure/OpenAI-style ecosystems and open-model API integrations
