ICT Site Services Analyst

o Provide hardware and software support for Desktop and Laptop PCs, and printers, ensuring a seamless end-user computing experience. o Document and submit new solutions into the ICT knowledge base while maintaining accurate site documentation. o Deliver and install new ICT hardware and software in line with established processes and procedures. o Ensure compliance with ICT standards and policies at the site level, including maintenance and support for site infrastructure. o Support users from all levels, providing assistance remotely and interfacing with development teams for new application rollouts. What's Needed?

o IT qualification, preferably at the bachelor's degree level, with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of related experience. o In-depth understanding of Desktop Operating Systems, specifically Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10. o Experience with Microsoft Office and Office 365 support and deployment. o Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and repair PC, Laptop, and printer faults. o Excellent organization, planning, and communication skills, with a strong work ethic.
