Job description

Lead the planning and implementation of a large-scale Short Interval Control technology initiative, driving adoption, training, and execution across multiple domestic and international operational sites.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Manage full lifecycle project planning and execution for enterprise technology implementation
  • Travel to U.S. and international sites - Argentina, Turkey, & Canada (2-3 weeks at a time) to support deployment and training
  • Develop business cases and implementation plans
  • Build and lead cross-functional project teams
  • Partner with site leadership, engineering, and corporate technical teams
  • Act as a liaison between end users and technical teams for enhancements and bug fixes
  • Drive change management and ensure stakeholder adoption
  • Oversee project schedules using MS Project
  • Lead regular stakeholder communications and status reporting

Requirements

  • Must-Haves:
  • 8 years of IT Project Management experience
  • Degree in Engineering or related technical field
  • Experience in mining, construction management, or similar heavy industry
  • Strong change management experience; ability to influence and drive adoption
  • Experience with MS Project or similar PM tools
  • Software product management exposure (feature prioritization, user feedback, bug tracking)
  • Client-facing experience with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable with extensive U.S. and international travel (valid passport required)
  • Ability to manage conflict and drive projects to meet deadlines
  • Nice-to-Haves:
