Job description
Lead the planning and implementation of a large-scale Short Interval Control technology initiative, driving adoption, training, and execution across multiple domestic and international operational sites.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage full lifecycle project planning and execution for enterprise technology implementation
- Travel to U.S. and international sites - Argentina, Turkey, & Canada (2-3 weeks at a time) to support deployment and training
- Develop business cases and implementation plans
- Build and lead cross-functional project teams
- Partner with site leadership, engineering, and corporate technical teams
- Act as a liaison between end users and technical teams for enhancements and bug fixes
- Drive change management and ensure stakeholder adoption
- Oversee project schedules using MS Project
- Lead regular stakeholder communications and status reporting

Requirements
- Must-Haves:
- 8 years of IT Project Management experience
- Degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Experience in mining, construction management, or similar heavy industry
- Strong change management experience; ability to influence and drive adoption
- Experience with MS Project or similar PM tools
- Software product management exposure (feature prioritization, user feedback, bug tracking)
- Client-facing experience with strong communication skills
- Comfortable with extensive U.S. and international travel (valid passport required)
- Ability to manage conflict and drive projects to meet deadlines
- Nice-to-Haves:
