Requirements

Minimum five (5) years of Principal User Experience (UX) skillsets in human-user centered design principals and methodologies for web, mobile, and web applications which leverage emergent technologies, such as HTML 5 (Flexbox and CSS Grid), CSS3 (SASS), JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap, and responsive web layouts.

Minimum five (5) years of Principal UX skillsets designing for patterns, design systems, user flows, wireframes, and prototyping.

Excellent skills using Figma, Adobe XD, and Balsamiq tools.

Strong experience in process and design improvements, planning and project scheduling, and working in software development lifecycles.

Strong experience designing for web accessibility standards and requirements, including Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 AA and subsequent versions.
