This role focuses primarily on data integration and pipeline engineering, with additional opportunities to support internal tooling and lightweight backend services Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration workflows.
- Develop web applications using Python/Node.js to automate data operations and deploy using Databricks environment
- Work with cloud services to deploy and manage data workflows.
- Collaborate with data and engineering teams to ensure reliable data flow and quality.
- Additional responsibility: might also include implementing integrations between internal systems using tools like Workato/NiFi.
Requirements
- Experience with Databricks or other modern data platforms.
- Data Pipelines: Proven experience designing and building ETL/ELT or integration pipelines.
- Cloud Platforms: Working proficiency with AWS, GCP, or Azure in a data context.
- Coding: Strong skills in Python Frameworks or JavaScript / Node.js. Frameworks
- Orchestration: Experience with Airflow or similar workflow schedulers.
- APIs: Ability to work with APIs for data ingestion and system integrations., Fast API
Preferred skills:
- Data Integration Tools: Hands-on experience with Workato, Apache NiFi, or similar integration platforms.
- Familiarity with FastAPI, API development, or lightweight backend services.
- Exposure to Docker and containerization workflows.
- Experience building internal tools using Retool or similar platforms.
- Understanding of CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and automation best practices.
