TheClient Analytics Teamis responsible for the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of client data analytics platform that delivers critical data to Finance, Business Development, and Operations teams.

We work closely with business stakeholders, and our solutions are highly visible across the firm-demanding a strong focus on precision and reliability., AQR is seeking an Analytics & Data Visualization Associate to join our Client Analytics Engineering team. This role focuses on building and maintaining Tableau dashboards, developing Python-based data pipelines, and ensuring the quality and reliability of data used in analytics and reporting. The position involves close collaboration with business and engineering teams.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards using Tableau.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear, actionable visualizations.
- Develop and maintain Python-based scalable data pipelines.
- Ensure quality, reliability, and efficient processing of datasets.
- Investigate and resolve issues.
- Support Tableau Server administration, including upgrades, validation, and content governance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Experience developing dashboards using Tableau.
- Experience with Tableau Server administration and deployment.
- Experience developing data pipelines or data processing workflows in Python.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with Power BI is a plus.
- Familiarity with financial data is a plus.
- Experience with ETL frameworks is a plus.

Benefits & conditions
AQR Capital Management vision insurance, paid time off, 401(k) United States, Connecticut, Greenwich 1 Greenwich Plaza (Show on map) Mar 20, 2026, The salary range for this role is expected to be $150,000-$165,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is accurate for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, depending upon factors such as skills, experience, location, or other business and organizational needs. This wage range may also be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
