Job description
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Admin (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Service Portal, Implementation Specialist, or Integration Specialist Certifications
- Experience supporting Dept. of Commerce or other Federal Civilian IT Programs, * Design, develop, and maintain custom ServiceNow Service Portal solutions, including widgets, pages, themes, and UI components to deliver intuitive user experiences.
- Develop custom widgets using AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to extend portal functionality and meet business requirements.
- Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Scripted REST APIs, including mechanisms for ingesting and generating XML data feeds.
- Configure and optimize ServiceNow Workspaces and platform workflows to improve operational efficiency and automate key processes.
- Serve as a technical advisor for ServiceNow architecture and development best practices, supporting code reviews, troubleshooting platform issues, and ensuring scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver the ServiceNow MVP platform solution scheduled for June, supporting mission-critical spectrum management operations.
Requirements

8+ years of ServiceNow platform development experience - including custom ServiceNow workspaces, architecture, and scripting o 5+ years of experience developing ServiceNow Service Portal solutions, including custom widget development and portal architecture

Extensive ServiceNow integrations experience using REST/SOAP APIs or Integration Hub as well as processing/transforming XML data feeds and data validation into ServiceNow records

Demonstrated proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS for developing custom portal interfaces and components

Experience working in Agile development environments, supporting sprint cycles, testing, and deployment activities
