Job description
We are looking to hire an individual that is able to design, deploy, configure, maintain, and monitor all aspects of our client's computers and networks. This includes computers, routers, firewalls, switches, WiFi access points, printers, email accounts, VoIP phones, etc. The candidate will most often work on-site, but will also work from home at times., · Support, design, maintain, monitor, and secure client's wired and wireless computer networks and VoIP phones.
· Provide technical support and guidance to users for many different aspects of technology.
· Install, troubleshoot, and resolve problems with various computer hardware, operating systems (mostly Windows), third-party applications, consumer devices, and wired/wireless networks both on-site and over the phone/remote.
· Answer and return phone calls, emails, and tickets promptly. Schedule appointments with clients and arrive on time.
· Maintain accurate and extensive documentation of client's computers and networks.
· Handle sensitive and confidential information, which must be treated as such.
· Perform various tasks as needed to keep the business performing optimally, including obtaining supplies and disposing of trash.
· Constantly learn new software, systems, and technology to keep the business moving forward and improve one's own knowledge., Paragon IT installs and maintains computers, servers, networking equipment, VoIP phones and related devices. We have been in business for over 7 years, based out of Franklin, NC and primarily service clients within a 50-mile radius. We focus on providing exceptional service to our customers and an enjoyable working environment for our employees.
Requirements
This is not an entry level position. The candidate must have experience and be skilled in many aspects of technology., · Live in or very near Franklin, NC.

· Maintain professionalism while working.
· Must be able to pass background and drug test.
· Obsession with technology.
· Thorough knowledge of computers, including the ability to perform advanced tasks and troubleshooting of Windows PCs and Servers.
· Thorough knowledge of networking, including management of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Subnetting, Routers, WiFi, etc.
· Certifications such as A+, Net+, CCNA are a plus but not required for consideration., * Associate (Preferred), * IT support: 2 years (Preferred)
Benefits & conditions
Starting pay is based on the skill level of the individual and how much the individual can contribute to the company. The position will grow as the individual does and there is no set pay cap on the position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
