3+ full lifecycle SAP TM implementations as a Solution Architect or Lead Functional Consultant (including at least one S/4HANA implementation)
Strong hands-on experience in SAP TM configuration:
Freight Order Management.
Carrier Selection & Tendering
Freight Settlement (rate tables, charge calculation).
Transportation Planning & Event Management
Experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite and Business Network for Logistics (BN4L)
Integration expertise (DRFOUT, SOAP/XI web services, middleware setup)
EDI integration knowledge (204, 990, 214, 210 transactions)
Strong understanding of master data design (BP, lanes, agreements, equipment, etc.)
Ability to lead client workshops and translate business requirements into solutions

Nice to have:

SAP TM Optimizer configuration (MILP-based planning)
Fiori Launchpad & Transportation Cockpit setup. Rail freight / intermodal experience
SAP Event Management & real-time tracking integrations
Exposure to FourKites, project44, or similar platforms
RISE with SAP / Clean Core implementation experience
