Job description
As an IT Systems Administrator, you will collaborate to implement, maintain, and optimize the critical IT system of CommonSpirit Health's ServiceNow platform.
Every day you will manage multiple ServiceNow environments, ensuring stability, security, and performance, while troubleshooting complex issues and collaborating with teams.
To be successful, you will demonstrate comprehensive technical expertise, exceptional problem-solving, and a proactive approach to system resilience, ensuring robust and scalable IT infrastructure.
- Oversees and works on catalog requests and incidents related to Users, Groups, Locations, Assets and Licenses
- Monitors the platform performance while collaborating with System Analysts to improve health of the Service Now Platform
- Provides clear updates in responding to, following up and resolving reported issues and requests through the ticketing system with in established SLA's
- Responsible to complete all tasks and associated documentation within committed timeframes, and effectively communicates across teams and all level of management
- Provides clear communication during the lifecycle of administrative tasks such as Cloning, Patching or Upgrades

Requirements
- BA or BS in Computer Science, Technology, or Business discipline or equivalent experience is required.
- 4-6 years of professional experience in an IT technical or infrastructure field.
- 1-3 years of experience providing operational support of the ServiceNow platform
- ITIL Foundation Cert for IT Mgmt
- ServiceNow CSA Certification

The posted compensation range of $36.59 - $54.43 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
