Job description
Reporting to the IT Manager, SAP Platforms, you will provide technical leadership and oversight for complex projects, enhancements, and service requests within the SAP platform. You will design and develop features that deliver business capabilities in SAP Warehouse Management, partnering with solution architects and shared service teams to ensure stability and continuous improvement. You will ensure applications meet quality standards and requirements while driving innovation and adherence to architectural principles., * Provide technical leadership within SAP Warehouse Management and guide development standards and frameworks.
- Oversee design, development, performance validation, and testing methodologies to ensure quality solutions.
- Review deliverables including design, code, and development to ensure compliance with change control and release schedules.
- Engage with enterprise and solution architects to influence technology strategies and futurestate capabilities.
- Support management of roadmaps and strategic plans to maximize business value.
- Contribute to QA testing and release readiness activities.
- Define architectural standards and validate through proofofconcept work.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and IT Shared Services Architects on design inputs.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and coach Systems Analysts on architectural standards and quality audits.
- Guide IT Outsourcers on application administration, development, configuration, and continuous improvement.
- Drive organizational change to support adoption and benefits realization of solutions.
- Maintain strict adherence to SAP development standards and procedures.
- Manage communications across teams and play an active role in Agile delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of handson experience in SAP Warehouse Management.
- Strong technical knowledge of SAP systems and functional areas including FI, SD, and MM.
- Experience with SAP security concepts and exposure to S4.
- Experience with Fiori UI5 and working within a Continuous Delivery model (Agile).
- Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience collaborating with managed IT service organizations, including onshore and offshore teams.
- Skill in relating technical and business concepts effectively to leadership.
- Work onsite 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) in Omaha, Nebraska.
Benefits & conditions
Pay Range:$93,200-$135,700
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
