Requirements
- Candidate should be a hands-on Java Lead person with an overall 10+ Years of IT Experience.
- Should be doing hands-on Coding in the current projects.
- Should have experience of 7 years and hands-on exp in Java, Microservices, Spring boot, Spring batch and Kafka(link removed) Should have hands-on experience in their current projects
- Should have hands-on working experience in Agile Methodologies.
- Should have a Strong and Hardcore Backend Project Development experience and API, mostly experience in using Java, spring boot, and any messaging tool.
- MOST IMPORTANT: Team Lead experience experience In managing onshore/offshore and nearshore models from the US location (at least 2 years).
- Must be legally authorized to work in US without need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future.
- Good Communication.
- 100% written confirmation on working from the client office no remote working (not negotiable)
