This role is responsible for developing, maintaining , and enhancing enterprise web applications while also supporting and integrating third-party platforms such as ServiceNow and the Microsoft Power Platform.

This position is ideal for a well-rounded developer who is comfortable working independently, collaborating within a team, and communicating effectively with both technical peers and senior management. The role includes hands-on development, system integration, and participation in ongoing application modernization efforts.

This position is based at our headquarters in Springfield, IL and is an in-office position (No remote availability) .

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain , and enhance enterprise web applications using ASP.NET Web Forms
  • Write, maintain , and optimize SQL Server queries, views, and stored procedures
  • Configure, integrate, and support third-party enterprise platforms
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and infrastructure teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across development, test, and production environments
  • Ensure applications follow established best practices for security, performance, and maintainability
  • Communicate technical concepts, risks, and progress to senior management
  • Contribute to technical documentation and team knowledge sharing, The LRS IT team consists of a Chief Information Officer, Director of IT, Director of Applications, Director of Information Security, and teams for networking, infrastructure, cloud, communications, end-user services, and applications. The team is based in Springfield, IL and manages the global operations at LRS. You will report to the Chief Information Officer.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional application development experience
  • Experience with ASP.NET Web Forms
  • Proficiency in C# and the .NET Framework
  • Experience configuring, integrating , and supporting third-party software platforms
  • Working knowledge of SQL Server (queries, views, stored procedures; DBA experience not required )
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pace environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team

Qualifications that will make you a Stronger Candidate

  • Experience with ASP.NET Core and Razor Pages
  • Exposure to or hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
  • Exposure to or hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform
  • Familiarity with modernizing or refactoring legacy applications
  • Experience with source control and modern development workflows

Benefits & conditions

$ 80 ,000-$ 100 ,000 annually plus paid overtime and full benefits. This range represents the low and high for this position.
