Job description
The Business Applications team is responsible for designing, supporting, and continuously enhancing the enterprise platforms that power our core business processes. We partner closely with stakeholders across the organization to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and reliable solutions, including Salesforce and other critical systems., * Design, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce features, enhancements, and integrations
- Perform functional and regression tests across Salesforce and connected systems (e.g., billing, document generation, integrations)
- Validate complex business processes across multiple systems (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ, Zuora, DocuSign, and related tools)
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners to ensure requirements are clear, testable, and complete
- Identify, log, and track defects; partner with developers through resolution and retesting
- Support release management and deployment validation in sandbox and production environments
- Build and maintain automated test coverage where appropriate
- Improve QA processes, documentation, and testing standards across the team
- Participate in sprint ceremonies: backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives
Requirements

3+ years of QA/testing experience with Salesforce

Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality including CPQ

Experience testing integrations and end-to-end business processes

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments

Experience with defect tracking and test management tools

Ability to translate business requirements into thorough test coverage

Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Experience with Zuora and DocuSign

Experience with test automation tools

Knowledge of Salesforce data structures

Experience supporting UAT with business stakeholders

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Platform App Builder)
