Job description
We are seeking a highly analytical Threat Intelligence Manager responsible for overseeing enterprise-level intelligence gathering, correlation, analysis, and dissemination. This leader drives proactive detection, produces actionable intelligence, and advances the organization's threat-informed defense strategy.
This position is located in our Fairfax, VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable. Preferred locations: Fairfax, VA, Lafayette, LA, Knoxville, TN, Belton, TX, Lebanon, VA.
Contract requires USC or GC Holder.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Lead all enterprise threat intelligence activities including PIR/CIR management.
Manage intelligence repositories including indicators, feeds, reports, and correlation artifacts.
Oversee threat hunting operations and the tracking/analysis of emerging threats.
Align intelligence outputs with operational needs of SOC and engineering teams.
Use SIEM/TIP technologies to aggregate, enrich, and disseminate intelligence.
Identify vulnerabilities and threats with mission/business impact.
Provide strategic threat assessments for senior leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or CISSP/CISM.
7+ years experience in threat intelligence, cyber intel, or counter-intelligence roles.
Experience managing PIR/CIR requirements and structured intelligence functions.
Familiarity with intelligence repositories, threat-data management, and correlation workflows.
Experience with SIEM/TIP technologies.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:
Formal threat-intel training (SANS, GIAC, FBI/Cyber/Intel programs).
Experience supporting federal mission partners.
Experience integrating threat intelligence with SOAR or automation platforms.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $102,000.00 - $251,100.00.
