Job description
- Manage and optimize SQL databases to ensure data integrity and performance.
- Oversee network infrastructure, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and implement security measures.
- Provide technical support for Point of Sale (POS) systems, workstations, and related hardware/software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address IT-related challenges and implement solutions.
- Utilize programming skills to develop scripts and automate routine tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar IT role.
- Proficiency in SQL databases, network administration, and troubleshooting.
- Programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Fluent in Korean; English proficiency is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience with grocery POS systems, inventory management, and ERP solutions is a plus.
