Job description
- Onboarding of our FXPB clients to Citi leveraging the Traiana TRM system
- Supporting, maintaining and coordinating client connectivity over SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocols), FIX and SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication) protocols
- Devising tailored solutions for a range of simple and complex client integrations
- Manage both internal and external stakeholder expectations, across Business, Operations and Technology
- Reviewing and challenging existing processes, holding teams accountable, to improve overall client experience
- Partnering with application development to maintain and enhance the client connectivity platform
- Business process analysis and project management covering a broad range of business functions, from pre-trade to middle office
- Drive efficient workflow management and team productivity using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint
Requirements
- Proven manager fostering collaboration and communication
- Strong knowledge of Traiana TRM platform.
- Excellent analytical and logical problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated experience in Project Management and Business Analysis techniques, methodologies, and reporting
- Experience in client facing roles on business-critical projects
- Proficient in understanding database design and writing complex SQL queries
- Understanding of Unix for troubleshooting
- Proven record of accomplishment of delivery within a global environment
- Experience in the financial services sector and/or an investment bank
- Knowledge of ETD (Exchange Traded Derivatives) Trade lifecycle around allocation and clearing desirable
- Comfortable in the technical domain with understanding of how technology impacts business
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Demonstrates adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving environment, * Demonstrated strong subject matter expertise in one or more relevant technology domains related to in financial services integration, * Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
