Job description
- Administer and support Windows-based infrastructure (servers, networking, storage, and cloud)
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure maximum uptime
- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, and group policies
- Perform system patching, upgrades, and software installations
- Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities
- Support deployment of infrastructure and enterprise applications
- Maintain documentation for systems and processes
- Ensure compliance with standards (SOX, PCI, etc.)
- Participate in on-call support as needed
Requirements
- 3+ years of Windows server administration experience
- Experience supporting enterprise applications and infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory
- Experience with virtualization, networking, and cloud platforms
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Cloud or infrastructure certifications (Azure, AWS, etc.)
- Experience with security and compliance frameworks
