If you are driven by national security and energized by cutting-edge C2ISR capabilities, sensor integration, and resilient data transport solutions, we invite you to join our team., As an Integration Test Engineer - Senior, you will provide technical and management leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order. Your responsibilities include: Architects, designs, and leads the implementation of streamlined technical integration strategies for complex, mission-critical C2ISR infrastructure components.

  • Drives the development and implementation of innovative approaches to enhance system interoperability, technological convergence, and mission effectiveness across diverse operational platforms.
  • Functions as a technical expert in delivering advanced integration capabilities designed to optimize overall system performance and technological adaptability for C2ISR.
  • Leads site surveys and integration support for various C2ISR capabilities, including Squadron Operations Centers, GHOCs, SATCOM Gateways, RGEPs, and DDS Sites, ensuring their robust integration.
  • Oversees the establishment of ETDVS (Encode, Transcode, Decode, Video Source) solutions utilizing Tactical Relays, ensuring seamless functionality and high performance.
  • Provides expert technical insights for integrating with pre-existing DISA Block 1, Block 2, and Block 3 infrastructure, ensuring future-state readiness.
  • Evaluates the overall effectiveness of integration solutions, identifying trends, and recommending major changes to enhance technological convergence and optimize C2ISR capabilities.
  • Mentors and supervises journeyman and junior Integration Engineers, fostering skill development and ensuring consistency in solution quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborates strategically with system architects, technical leads, and Government stakeholders to align integration designs with broader C2ISR objectives and emerging technological challenges., * DoD-approved IA baseline certification for ADP-III/IT-III based on the IAT level and CE/Operating System (OS) certificate within six months of the assignment., * Travel:May require occasional travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites for logistics coordination and facility assessments

Requirements

We are seeking highly cleared professionals who excel at the intersection of advanced communications infrastructure, distributed systems, and mission assurance-where reliability, security, and performance are paramount., * Previous experience as an Integration Test Engineer or similar role supporting a DoD customer at the CCMD level

  • Minimum of 8 years' experience with BS/BAOR 12 years without a degree OR 10 years with AS/AA or 6 years' experience with MS/MA, or 3 years' experience with PhD.

  • A current, active DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level

  • US citizenship is required

  • DOD 8140 Compliance based on functional role for WRC: 451 Systems Administrator Intermediate / ability to obtain
