- Your curiosity and eagerness to learn, as we support over 1,000 clients from all sectors worldwide., * Lead the governance and evolution of enterprise architecture within the Retailing Tech domain, ensuring alignment with group standards and best practices.
- Define and enforce architecture principles, policies, and standards across applications, data, infrastructure, and integration domains.
- Serve as the primary owner and steward of the internal enterprise architecture management tool.
- Establish and maintain robust governance processes within the tool, including model consistency, metadata quality, lifecycle management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Leverage the tool for architecture documentation, capability mapping, technology rationalization, and dependency analysis.
- Act as the architect for key IT projects, providing end-to-end architectural guidance from concept to delivery.
- Collaborate with project teams to design scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions that meet business requirements and comply with enterprise architecture blueprints.
- Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and solution validations to ensure technical excellence.
- Develop and maintain long-term technology roadmaps aligned with business strategy, focusing on agility, interoperability, and innovation.
- Identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, and modernization of the current IT landscape.
- Support digital transformation initiatives by integrating emerging technologies (AI, microservices, API-first design) into the enterprise fabric.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders, domain architects, data teams, cybersecurity, and cloud platform teams to ensure cohesive system design.
- Monitor industry trends and advancements in enterprise architecture frameworks, modeling tools, and cloud-native architectures.

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Requirements
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, or similar.
- Experience developing capability models, value streams, and technology portfolios.
- Expertise in designing distributed systems, service-oriented/microservices architectures, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (Alibaba Cloud, AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with data governance, master data management, and integration patterns (ETL, ESB, iPaaS).
- Comfortable working with Jira, Confluence, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud console environments.
- Academic background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or related roles within large-scale organizations.
- Fluent English. Other languages are a plus.
