Dynamics 365 CE Developer

• Build solutions in Dynamics 365 CE, including plugins, JavaScript, and Power Automate flows.
• Implement Copilot and Copilot Studio agents to reduce manual work and improve workflow efficiency.
• Build and maintain API integrations and event-driven interfaces.
• Improve CRM data quality, user experience, and workflow clarity.
• Support solution packaging, deployments, and lightweight release management.
• Translate business problems into practical, right?sized technical solutions.
• Work within Kanban/iterative delivery and help make work more predictable.

Qualified candidates will have strong technical competence, be consultative, steady under change, and able to bring structure without rigidity. You'll work across Dynamics CE, Dataverse, API integrations, Power Automate, and Copilot/Copilot Studio to streamline data entry, reduce manual work, and improve clarity and predictability in CRM processes., * Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, and solution development.

• Proficiency in C# plugins, JavaScript, Power Automate, and CRM customizations.
• Experience with API integrations and understanding of where logic belongs inside/outside CRM.
• Experience applying Copilot and building agents in Copilot Studio.
• Ability to interpret business needs and recommend solution approaches.
• Understanding of release management and environment promotion.

• Experience with retirement or financial services domains.
