We are seeking a reliable and tech-savvy IT Help Desk / HR Coordinator to support our healthcare team. This role combines hands-on IT support with HR coordination, ensuring staff have the tools, access, and technical assistance needed to deliver exceptional care., * Provide day-to-day IT support for clinical and administrative staff
- Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain computers, devices, and systems
- Manage employee equipment, onboarding/offboarding, and access
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and data security standards
- Track IT inventory and maintain documentation
- Coordinate with HR on employee records and equipment agreements
Requirements
Do you have experience in Equipment troubleshooting?, * 2-5 years of IT support or help desk experience
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA and data security best practices preferred
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
