Job description

In this unique role, you'll oversee the continued development, adoption, and utilization of our online banking platform, which includes both Retail and Business and all ancillary products and services. Oversight of these services includes but is not limited to, working with the vendor(s) to design, architect, integrate and implement 3rd party upgrades, potential enhancements and releases. You'll also work closely with all internal customers (business units bank-wide) to ensure availability, reliability, performance, monitoring and security of the online banking platform's product and service offerings. You will work to empower the business lines through that close communication, to engage and understand the products and services available to them to improve our external customers' experience with the online banking platform. Through your activities leading the internal Q2 users, you will promote and support the ongoing development of online banking and digital services.

Essential Pieces of the Position:

  • Lead and collaborate with the internal Q2 users in the development of strategies for optimal use of Q2 Digital Banking Systems and other electronic service and product offerings.
  • Partner with all business units across the bank in planning and execution of system upgrades, enhancements, new services, and product offerings.
  • Oversee suite of Q2 products and services in our Online Banking Platform, Centrix (DTS, PIQs and ETMS) and all integrated third-party solutions (Glia, Discover, Savvy, etc.).
  • Primary internal point of contact for online banking related product issues and outages.
  • Manage Q2 vendor relationship as the primary point of contact with vendor while also managing the flow of any appropriate communications back to our business lines from the vendor.
  • Manage vendor cases/tickets to troubleshoot technical and customer service related issues.
  • Oversee, manage and maintain 3rd party integrations with the online banking platform including but not limited to Bill Pay, External Transfers, ACH/Wire Origination, CardHub, SavvyMoney, QuickSwitch, Alerts, Messaging, PFM, QuickBooks/Intuit, etc.
  • Oversee Online Banking Platform administration including but not limited to system specifications; roles and permissions; and user management.
  • Partner with business units and vendors to develop solutions to address business needs and opportunities. Propose changes that would enhance the platform to better serve our internal and external customers' needs.
  • Maintain current industry knowledge of development concepts, best practices and procedures for digital banking solutions.
  • Work with internal teams including Marketing and Communications as well as business lines to increase and monitor external customer adoption of digital platforms.
  • Provide bank wide communications regarding system outages, updates and enhancements as needed.
  • Attend vendor-lead meetings as needed to understand current status of online banking platform services and products as well as potential future state of the online banking platform.
  • Commitment to ongoing education specifically related to Digital Banking and Information Security best practices.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Vendor relationship management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Marketing or Financial Services preferred

  • 3-5 years client/customer relations or account management working with both external and internal clients preferred
  • 3-5 years experience working with online banking platforms preferred
  • Familiarity with leading technology projects with outsourced vendors required
  • Familiarity with Banking regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Expertise and experience with complex technical activities
  • Familiarity with personal computing devices and operating systems
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent written, oral and listening communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills in a team-based environment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
