Software Engineer - Applications

Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science and Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

2 years of experience with each of the following skills is required:

Using SQL for developing semantics required for building analytics and reporting solutions.

Using PL/SQL to create aggregates and denormalized objects.

Using scripting language, Python, to move data between different layers of Cloud-based data hubs and enterprise data marts.

Developing reusable modules with coding standards, for effective reusability of those modules across multiple solutions.

Developing ETL solutions which would adhere to data security and standards of the company in order to maintain Enterprise Data security

Using Tableau for data visualizations and reporting

Using Business Objects for detailed excel based reporting

Using SQL & Python programming for data profiling & data analysis

build new metrics and analysis tools. Drive data, artificial intelligence (AI)/machine learning (ML), and infrastructure solutions. Identify problem areas by suggesting and delivering scalable solutions. 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $187,741.00 - $272,100.00/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
