Job description
Insight Global is seeking a Product Owner for Customer Experience for a large pest control services company. This individual will collaborate with Scrum Leads, Program Managers, Integration Managers, Technical Leads and third-party software solution providers to deliver business value. They will balance diverse requests and priorities to establish a product vision and a tactical roadmap, prioritize the product backlog during sprint planning meetings and backlog grooming sessions, and establish goals and define content for Agile software deployment teams. This individual will maintain a solid understanding of user needs and industry trends, and champion the implications of technology on business needs, and they serve as the subject matter expert on the product. Additionally, this person will ensure data security, privacy and analytics solutions are effectively integrated into product design.
Requirements
Experience in product management, product planning or equivalent experience with exposure to product and software development cycles and engineering
Experience within ecommerce
Strong analytical skills, ability to make decisions based on data, intuition, and experience
Experience with Agile project delivery
Willingness and ability to travel periodically
Bachelors degree in business or information technology, or related field
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Project management and/or business analyst experience
