Job Summary: Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated solutions to streamline and optimize business processes. Promotes an environment of teamwork within the department and across the bank. Represents INTRUST Bank in all they do in the community and is focused on the development of new business relationships. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for automation; analyze and document detailed requirements for automation projects.

Design, develop, and implement automation scripts and solutions; select appropriate tools and technologies for automation projects; code and test automation scripts to ensure reliability, scalability, and efficiency; collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions into existing systems.

Conduct testing and debugging of automation scripts; ensure that automated processes meet quality standards and fulfill requirements; identify and address issues or bottlenecks in the automation workflow.

Create and maintain documentation for automation processes, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals; keep documentation up-to-date with any changes or enhancements to automation solutions.

Monitor the performance of automated processes and troubleshoot issues; implement updates and enhancements to improve automation efficiency; provide support for automation solutions in production environments.

Work closely with IT teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of automation projects; participate in discussions and decision-making related to automation strategy and best practices.
Requirements
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience in computer science and/or information technology required. 2+ years of similar experience preferred.
Required Skills and Knowledge: Experience with automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, UiPath, MOVEit). Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., GitHub) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze complex business processes and design effective automation solutions. Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to document and communicate technical information effectively. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the success of automation projects. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools in the field of automation. Strong penchant for critical thought and innovation.
