In this role, you will design and deploy high-stakes network architectures that enable secure communications for federal and DoD customers.
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of secure networking-from initial design and layered encryption implementation to hardware integration and performance tuning-ensuring all solutions meet rigorous NSA and federal cybersecurity standards., Secure Architecture Design: Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network architectures tailored for classified government environments.
SD-WAN Deployment: Configure and manage Versa SD-WAN infrastructure, including edge devices, controllers, and complex routing policies.
CSfC Implementation: Engineer architectures compliant with NSA CSfC capability packages, focusing on layered encryption and secure VPN tunnels.
Network Integration: Install and integrate a variety of hardware including routers, switches, firewalls, and SD-WAN appliances across multi-site environments.
Traffic Management: Manage IPsec VPNs, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), and strict network segmentation to ensure data integrity and security.
Compliance & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including network diagrams and configuration baselines, while ensuring alignment with RMF (Risk Management Framework) and DoD security controls.
Technical Troubleshooting: Lead root-cause analysis and performance tuning for both enterprise and tactical network segments.
