What is needed in this role:

  • Design and develop integrations using Genesys Cloud Integration Hub.
  • Configure Data Actions and custom integrations.
  • Build secure connections between Genesys Cloud and external systems (CRM, ERP, billing, identity platforms).
  • Develop reusable integration components.
  • Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of integrations.
  • Strong skills on Java/J2EE, JPA/Hibernate, SQLServer, Kafka Integrations, Spring Boot, Genesys cloud CX, Angular, MSSQL.

As a Senior Middleware Engineer, you will design and build the integration layer that connects our core banking systems with the Genesys Cloud CX platform, * Minimum 3+ years of relevant education (Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or similar).

  • At least 5+ years of experience in the IT industry, ideally within software development, integrations/cloud-based platforms.
