SQA Engineer

Join our dynamic QA team as a Senior SQA Engineer where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and performance of cutting-edge warehouse automation and logistics software. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and execute test strategies that uphold the highest standards of quality in a fast-paced, agile environment.

What you'll do

• Lead and define comprehensive QA strategies for cutting edge warehouse automation and logistics software systems.

• Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage throughout the software lifecycle.

• Evaluate and implement QA processes, tools, and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.

• Perform functional, regression, performance, and scalability testing in simulated environments.

• Lead cross-functional testing efforts and align with business objectives and deadlines.

• Manage defect lifecycle and prioritize issues effectively.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software QA or related domain.

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and software development lifecycle.

• Experience with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, C#, Java).

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred skills

• Experience with cloud platforms and container technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).

• Knowledge of SQL, XML, JSON, and RESTful APIs.

• Exposure to performance and security testing.

• Passion for quality and continuous learning.

Our environment

• Up to 10% of travel may be required. Employees must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations.

• The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis.

The base range for this position in the posted location is $125,000.00 - $171,600.00 however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, disability, 401K, PTO and/or other benefits.
