Does candidate have strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Description: Role Overview We are seeking an experienced ECC & SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling (FICO) Architect to solution, manage design, implementation, and governance of finance and controlling processes The FICO Architect will play a key role in harmonizing global financial processes, ensuring compliance with American statutory, audit, and regulatory standards including FDA, SOX, and other financial reporting requirements. Key Responsibilities * Lead ECC & SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling solution design, configuration, and process alignment. * Translate global and regional finance, accounting, and cost management requirements into optimized SAP solutions. * Ensure compliance with corporate governance, statutory accounting, and audit standards (FDA,, SOX, IFRS). * Drive standardization of financial processes across entities and geographies. * Collaborate with business, tax, and audit teams to define control frameworks and financial reporting structures. * Support integration with Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, and Project Systems for end-to-end financial visibility. * Coordinate with Customer stakeholders and offshore teams for solution delivery and continuous improvement.
