Software Engineer

We are looking for a Software Engineer with strong experience in Python and emerging GenAI development tools to help build, integrate, and scale AI-powered capabilities across the enterprise. You will work with modern AI agent frameworks, internal developer tools, and cutting-edge engineering practices to support applications being built with generative AI.

This role is part of the Cyber LOB and focuses on enabling secure, enterprise-ready GenAI solutions for development teams. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and operate GenAI capabilities for the enterprise development community.
• Evaluate, integrate, and productionize GenAI tools and platforms.
• Explore and implement AI technologies, including AI Agents and MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers.
• Build, maintain, and enhance internal developer tools and applications.
• Apply modern engineering practices such as automated testing, continuous integration, and automated release pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and security teams to ensure safe and compliant AI adoption.

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including systems architecture and application development.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with GenAI development tools such as GitHub Copilot/Coding Agents, Claude, Gemini Code Assist, Devin, or similar.
• Strong proficiency in Python (required).
• Experience building distributed systems, APIs, or backend services., * Experience developing or deploying AI Agents or MCP servers.
• Strong experience with Java.
• Familiarity with TypeScript and modern JavaScript tooling.
• Experience integrating or scaling AI technologies within large enterprises.
• Background in secure development practices or cyber-focused environments.
