Job description
- Develops, and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment.
- Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations.
- Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials.
- Conducts security education classes and security audits. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken
Requirements

- Strong working knowledge of basic office automation tool suites such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication, speaking and writing and organizational skills, * Must have a high school diploma or GED with at least 12 years of related experience; OR 8 plus years of experience with a bachelor's degree; OR 6 plus years of relevant experience with a master's degree
- Must have an active Top Secret Security Clearance
- Proficient in Communications Security (COMSEC) Manual NSA/CSS 3-16, Director of National Intelligence (DNI), Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), program specific Program Security Directives (PSD) and associated corporate and government policies and directives.
- Must have experience managing Industrial Security programs: Writing OPSEC plans, Program Protection Implementation Plans, SPP
- Ability to maintain flexibility to deal with changing priorities and deadlines., * Prior experience in Foreign Military Sales Contracts, Offsets, and collaboration with foreign disclosure office.
- Prior experience leading proposal efforts: writing Basis of Estimates, Labor forecasting, SOW review
- Prior experience supporting Agile/DevSecOps environment
- Prior experience with ITAR/Export compliance

Benefits & conditions
Primary Level Salary Range: $112,200.00 - $168,200.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
