Enterprise Technical Architect

• Lead the strategic design and delivery of enterprise health IT systems.
• Review technical requirements and facilitate implementation strategies within a federal environment.
• Engage on technical delivery issues, performing analysis, and making actionable recommendations to ensure timely program delivery.
• Partner with stakeholders across clinical, technical, and product teams to align designs with federal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and oversee architecture documentation, standards, and governance artifacts.
• Lead and facilitate technical design sessions; contribute to solution design and long-term enterprise technical roadmaps.
• Support compliance with security, privacy, and federal IT standards (e.g., FedRAMP, FISMA, HIPAA).

Oracle Health Government Services seeks a skilled Enterprise Technical Architect to join our mission-driven organization. In this role, you will lead technical activities and ensure successful delivery across Oracle Health solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in technical design and architecture within healthcare delivery models and federal environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and client partners, requiring strong knowledge of technical architecture, system design, and technical implementations, especially in federal or government settings., * Hands on experience leading programs with multiple teams operational

• Cloud infrastructure and enterprise architect experience
• Communication, team building, coaching

Education, certifications, or experience (preferred/required):

• Bachelors plus a minimum of 8 years with architect experience
• PMP
• Previous Federal Contracting experience preferred
• Required travel up to 20%
• US Citizenship is required with an ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
