The Application Architect will design and enhance solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, lead configurations, and address troubleshooting issues while guiding business users., We're looking for a hands-on Application Architect with deep experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Digital Contact Center solutions. If you love designing scalable applications, guiding business users, solving complex problems, reporting and owning a modern Dynamics-based contact center stack end-to-end - this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Architect solutions across Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Omnichannel, Power Platform, and Azure.
- Design and enhance digital workflows (email, chat, routing) and develop best-practice solution patterns.
- Lead configuration, governance, and platform standards.
- Build modern reporting with Power BI/ and replace legacy contact center reporting.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service, Omnichannel, digital channels)

Experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)

Experience with customer service routing, capacity, classification, and digital workflows

Experience designing scalable, maintainable enterprise application architectures

Experience with Power BI and Dynamics reporting

Client-facing communication and presentation skills
-
Ability to independently lead solutioning, facilitate workshops, and serve as the SME
-
Comfortable serving as an onsite, hands-on technical lead for a small team (delegate/guide as well as deliver) and platform advisor

Ability to work onsite 5 days a week at Client in Atlanta, GA

Experience with copilot studio is a plus
Benefits & conditions
The pay range for this role is $150,000 to $180,000 per annum. Tech Mahindra also offers benefits like medical, vision, dental, life, disability insurance and paid time off (including holidays, parental leave, and sick leave, as required by law). The exact offer terms will depend on the skill level, educational qualifications, experience and location of the candidate.
