Job description
- Design and implement marketing and digital data solutions that support enterprise-scale personalization and analytics.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and technology teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards across all marketing data platforms.
- Optimize system performance and reliability through proactive monitoring and tuning.
- Drive modernization initiatives, including cloud migration and automation of data workflows.
- Mentor engineering teams and promote best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
- 7 years of experience in software engineering and data platform development.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in building large-scale, distributed systems and APIs using modern frameworks (e.g., Java, Spring Boot, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance standards.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work across marketing and technology teams.
