Job description
- Design and implement cutting-edge automated test procedures and scenarios for next-generation GPS receivers.
- Lead the development and integration of advanced test stations within our specialized GPS laboratories.
- Analyze complex system behavior under diverse operating scenarios to maximize product performance.
- Spearhead the documentation and configuration management of essential qualification test reports and procedures.
- Support the entire product lifecycle from initial conceptualization through to manufacturing and end-of-life.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Hands-on lab experience with signal generators, simulators, oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers.
- Proven proficiency in programming and automation using scripting languages such as Python.
- Strong background in data manipulation and organization using Excel and custom programming tools.
- Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance (please indicate citizenship and any prior clearance activity).
Bonus Points For:
- Previous experience with inertial navigation subsystems or aviation-specific hardware.
- Familiarity with rigorous formal data management and configuration management protocols.

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
Hiring Range $76,700.00-$105,500.00
