Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Will consider commensurate experience in lieu of education.
- 5+ years of experience in a business/requirements analyst role gathering, documenting, publishing, and validating requirements for services and stakeholders specific to Salesforce projects.
- 3+ years of experience using Jira to capture requirements
- 3+ years of experience using Confluence to document and explain work
- Self-starter and ability to work on their own to research project requirements
- Experience gathering requirements in the financial services industry
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience in an IT environment
- Formal Business Requirements training and/or certification is a plus

About the company
Insight Global Is looking for a Salesforce Requirements Analyst to support one of our financial services clients local to Pittsburgh. This individual will be a part of their Requirements team to support a Salesforce implementation project that is currently underway. This individual will be required to gather, document, publish and validate requirements specific to the Salesforce implementation project. They will be required to have experience using Jira to capture requirements, Confluence to put together documents (sprint announcements), and have a strong background in Salesforce. The individual's day to day will be 75% meeting with multiple teams in sales/salesforce and 25% documenting.
