Job description

  • Leading transformational projects for legacy-based systems into scalable, future ready solutions

  • Actively supporting agile (Scrum) development methodologies for development projects

  • Providing support and assistance to team members and scrum masters

  • Working closely with the product owner to establish solid relationships with business stakeholders and organize the product back log.

  • Keeping feature stakeholders updated throughout the development cycle

  • Coordinating work that spans multiple teams

  • Identifying and addressing opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains

  • Assisting direct reports with career growth and personal development

  • Delivering projects on-time, on-budget and aligned with business objectives

Requirements

This role requires a collaborative and results driven communicator with strong technical knowledge of application design, integration and programming. Ideally you will have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences, Management Information Systems or related field and 8+ years' enterprise software experience.

In addition, we are looking for:

  • Ability to motivate and inspire team

  • The capability to work with a cross-functional group of employees

  • 1-2 years' experience with Agile development methodologies, preferably Scrum.

  • A strong aptitude for analyzing business requests and defining requirements

  • A demonstrated ability to lead people and develop a strong rapport with the business community

  • The ability to advise and assist teams with technical difficulties

  • Skill with a wide variety of technologies including cloud services (AWS), distributed systems, and mainframe core legacy systems.

  • Experience in retail, direct marketing industry a plus., Bachelors
