The OHN acts as a business partner to maximize productivity and reduce health related costs. OH program elements include: immediate care for illness and injury, health surveillance, regulatory compliance, case management and health promotion. Provides healthcare services to employees or persons who become ill or injured at the facility. Practices within the parameters of professional licensure to ensure consistency with legal, labor, regulatory and Corporate requirements. Occupational health experience, case management, public health, soft skills, computer skills

Medical Triage experience
Medical Surveillance - Any Certifications in the following:
Audio Metric Eye Test Physicals Blood Work Respirator Coaching General Wellness Can provide general education Division and product lines the contractor will work on/with Drug Delivery Manufacturing which includes Non-Ceph, Ceph, Penicillin, and other areas as assigned. Key deliverables and project milestones expected during the assignment Maintaining medical surveillance compliance, injury/illness intake, case management, and wellness initiatives. Preferred tools, technologies, and systems the contractor should be familiar with Benchmark (Medcare) and Microsoft office
Team structure and key stakeholders they will interface with Reports to onsite EHS Associate Director with a dotted line to Global Occupational Nurse. Active member of onsite EHS team.

MUST HAVE OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH NURSE EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED

Candidate must be licensed in IL and be an RN
