Job description

We are seeking a Warehouse System Manager to oversee our warehouse management system on SAP(EWM) and Shopify. This role will be responsible for daily EWM supporting including data migration support, validation checks for SAP, and Shopify management. In addition, this individual will be responsible for providing operational, development, security, and user management support for the online store hosted on the Shopify platform., * - Responsible for maintaining SAP related to stock management and allocation.

    • Warehouse Management System (EWM) Support
    • Provide ongoing maintenance and support for the EWM (WMS) system.
    • Picking and Packing System (PCS) Maintenance
    • Ensure the smooth functioning of the picking and packing system (PCS)
  • Online .com support
    • Digital Operation Support
    • Order Monitoring
    • Shopify, OMS, SAP, monitor and support the error issue (Fraud and OOS)
    • Shopify related application plug-ins
    • Digital Development Support
    • Shopify, OMS(DIFF), ADA (Essential Accessibility), SAP, Shopify application plugins
    • Digital Security Management Support
    • CPRA, Penetration Test for the site, CIS compliance, Digital Governance and policy
    • User Management Support
    • Shopify account creation/modification/deletion
    • OMS account creation/modification/deletion

Requirements

Bilingual IT Warehouse System Manager (English/Korean), * Qualification and Experience

    • At least 2 years of experience in a IT role (mandatory)
    • At least 2 years of experience in Shopify backend and OMS support (mandatory)
    • Experience in SAP (SD, EWM), EDI and Network.
    • Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
    • Strong IT operational background
    • Bilingual (Korean English) is required (Must know how to read/write)
