Job description
We are seeking a Network Administrator to support enterprise network infrastructure and identity services within a Network Operations Center (NOC) environment. This role focuses on network deployments, troubleshooting, security enhancements, and identity-based networking initiatives such as SD-WAN and PKI., Network & Infrastructure Support

Install, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure

Support routers, switches, wireless access points, and connectivity services

Perform network deployments, upgrades, and lifecycle management
Troubleshooting & Operations

Monitor and resolve network and connectivity issues

Provide support for Windows-based systems and mobile devices

Manage and resolve tickets in the support system
Security & Identity Services

Support SD-WAN, PKI, and secure authentication services

Assist in implementing identity-based networking solutions

Ensure compliance with IT security standards and policies
Documentation & Reporting

Create and maintain network diagrams and technical documentation

Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders
Collaboration & Field Support

Work with cross-functional IT and business teams

Travel to field offices for installations and support

Assist with hardware setup, including racking equipment
Requirements
Candidate must be a current resident within the Eastern Time Zone Must be willing to relocate to SC prior to start (own expense) Ability to lift 40 lbs and work on ladders daily Valid driver's license required Travel within South Carolina to field offices as needed, · 3+ years of experience in enterprise network infrastructure and LAN administration · 3+ years of experience with switches, wireless access points installation & troubleshooting · 3+ years of experience with SD-WAN, PKI, and authentication services · Experience troubleshooting network connectivity on Windows and mobile devices · Strong experience with network documentation and diagrams Preferred Skills: · Certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), or Microsoft · Experience with networking training programs or bootcamps Education: Associate's Degree in a related field
