Job description
Design and deliver robust analytics and reporting solutions by developing metrics, dashboards, and end-user tools using platforms such as Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, and Dash Enterprise. Conduct deep-dive data analyses to diagnose business issues, uncover insights, and generate data-driven recommendations using SQL, Python, R, and data modeling tools. Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate needs into analytics solutions, and drive adoption of data-based decision-making. Identify opportunities to optimize data processes and enhance analysis, interpretation, and visualization methodologies for greater efficiency and accuracy. Design and implement new KPIs, metrics, and analytical frameworks to improve reporting consistency, performance tracking, and business outcomes. Collaborate with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Data Management teams to improve data quality, completeness, usability, and overall system performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis roles. Strong proficiency in advanced data visualization tools such as Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, or Dash Enterprise, with proven ability to design insightful dashboards and reporting solutions. Hands-on experience with analytical programming languages (SQL, Python, R) and data modeling techniques to conduct deep-dive analyses and develop actionable insights.
Benefits & conditions
