- Serve as a senior member of the data team supporting a mobile-first Salesforce recruiting platform
- Lead a team of 3-5 developers to build efficient and scalable ETL pipelines
- Design and develop seamless data migration processes from ARISS (Mainframe/Oracle) systems to Salesforce
- Provide hands-on development along with technical leadership for Informatica-based solutions
- Collaborate effectively with team members experienced in ETL, data migration, and Informatica technologies

- Strong expertise in data migration strategies and processes
- Experience working with AWS infrastructure at an intermediate level is preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce, including its integration points, at an intermediate level
- Ability to lead and mentor technical team members effectively
Nice to Have:
- Additional experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS or similar platforms)
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and integrations
- Previous involvement in large-scale data migration projects
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields is preferred
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, or related roles, with a strong background in Informatica and Salesforce integrations
Benefits & conditions
Salary Range: $120K- $160K Our final salary offer will be based on several factors, including depth of technical skills, work experience, education, certifications, and clearance
