Job description
We are seeking a Senior IT Service Delivery Manager to join the Treasury Management / Enterprise Payments organization. This role is accountable for the ACH / PEP+ platform, serving as the single point of ownership for both production stability and delivery of strategic initiatives. The Senior IT Service Delivery Manager leads the ACH team, ensuring the reliability of mission-critical payment systems while executing roadmap initiatives that support business growth, regulatory requirements, and technology modernization. The role partners closely with business stakeholders, product management, architecture, infrastructure, operations, and vendors to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes., * Serve as the single point of accountability for the ACH application within the Treasury Management / Enterprise Payments organization.
- Lead teams responsible for production support of mission-critical systems as well as delivery of new initiatives from the technology roadmap.
- Ensure effective incident management, SLA compliance, root cause analysis, and timely completion of all follow-up actions related to break/fix, monitoring, and system stability.
- Partner with business stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, balancing run-the-business and change-the-business work.
- Own and manage the technical backlog, including prioritization, dependency management, and resource allocation.
- Provide leadership through coaching, mentoring, and technical direction for team members.
- Interface with key technology vendors, holding them accountable for delivery commitments, quality, documentation, and skilled resources.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, IT Operations, and interfacing application teams to ensure system reliability and alignment across dependencies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 10+ years of hands-on technology experience, including a mix of application development and production support.
- Experience supporting applications on a mainframe platform.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in technology delivery or operations.
- Experience with resource management, budget management, and work prioritization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven ability to build high-performing teams by providing clear vision and direction.
- Experience in Technology Application Delivery, particularly within mainframe-based environments.
- Working knowledge of PEP+ and ACH processing.
- Experience partnering with business teams to define technology requirements and roadmaps aligned to business outcomes.
- Experience managing the full system delivery lifecycle, preferably in an Agile delivery model.
- Experience supporting mainframe applications using DB2 and CICS.
- Experience with enterprise integrations, including REST APIs and z/OS Connect.
- Background in banking or financial services technology.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
