Job description
The website manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the organization's brand website. In addition to managing the site, this person will also work closely with the technical team to maintain site standards with regard to new development. The website manager will also be responsible for supporting site promotions, email newsletters, and online outreach campaigns. The manager will work closely with technical, business development, and marketing members of organization, so strong communication skills are needed. The ideal candidate will also have project management experience. Tasks require a strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines., This person advises clients on website strategy, best practices, and effective web communications.

Consults with clients to gather information about needs, objectives, functions, features, as well as input and output requirements.

Provides technical assistance by responding to inquiries regarding errors, problems, or questions regarding the website, working closely with the customers and team members.

Analysis of functional and system requirements, procedures, and problems for the Web Applications.

This person works with the Director of Digital Marketing, Digital Marketers, designers, and developers to ensure that projects are executed on time, on scope, and on budget.

Work cooperatively with key team members, clients and vendors.

Develops and maintains operational plans outlining steps and timetables for developing additional functionality.

Managing web projects throughout entire development lifecycle: concept, design, production, testing and release of projects.

Develop project scope and objectives; coordinate and/or develop all detailed work plans; schedules, estimates, resource plans and status reports. Assemble project teams; assign individual responsibilities and identification of appropriate resources.

Candidates for this position should be familiar and comfortable with both front-end and application development.
Technical skills preferred include:
- Experience with web development within a Content Management System environment.
- Experience using JAVA/J2EE technologies including JAVA/J2EE, Web Service, Web Call, XML, and Oracle.
- Extensive experience with HTML5, XML, CSS, JavaScript including jQuery, and AJAX.
- Knowledge of and interest in emerging web trends and technologies.
- Understanding of graphic standards and branding. Experience with Adobe PhotoShop is preferred.
- Knowledge and experience of Digital Marketing including Web Analytics, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
Education A bachelor's degree, as well as a minimum of 3~5 years of hands-on experience
