Do you have experience in Supply chain planning?, SAP SCM - Chicago IL - Onsite SAP SCM Specialist The IT Technical Specialist provides in-depth technical expertise and direction in the development and support of application systems/programming requirements and processes (e.g., new implementations, enhancements, or maintenance). Responsibilities include preparing application specifications, developing, testing, and implementing efficient, cost-effective solutions. Core Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of SAP SCM modules: Production Planning (PP), Production Execution, Quality Management (QM), and Warehouse Management (WM) MES integration experience (Manufacturing Execution Systems) Integration with QMS (Quality Management Systems) Relevant experience in SAP S/4HANA environments Key Responsibilities : Lead requirements-gathering workshops for project scoping and estimation Coordinate with external partners and suppliers Execute highly complex or specialized global projects Provide technical configuration, code review, solution testing, user training, and hypercare support Serve as technical expert or lead for projects/programs, driving innovative solutions and improvements Conduct research and provide technical advice on new technologies and their business impact Review and validate designs, monitor performance, plan capacity, and manage upgrades Ensure compliance with corporate and divisional policies Deliver all project documentation (change requests, testing, system validation) Required Qualifications: Degree in IT or related business discipline 10 13 years of experience in SAP SCM process areas, preferably in healthcare Strong experience with MES and QMS integrations Hands-on experience with S/4HANA Prior management experience and ability to lead cross-functional teams Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis, and resolution skills Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas to senior leaders Knowledge of business processes, service requirements, and operational culture
