Job Title : IT Project Manager Location : 100% remote Job description : Facilitate program execution across multiple teams within the SAFe framework, ensuring alignment with organizational goals Lead and support Agile Release Train (ART) activities, including planning, coordination, and delivery Drive Program Increment (PI) planning on a quarterly basis, ensuring clear objectives and team alignment Conduct Scrum of Scrums and act as a SAFe facilitator/coach at the program level Guide teams in Agile, Scrum, and SAFe practices to ensure consistent value delivery Support ART launch activities and contribute to Agile transformation initiatives Act as a subject matter expert on Agile methodologies and mentor team members Collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities, maximize business value, and align deliverables Work with communities of practice to promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement Develop and deliver Agile training sessions across teams Identify, track, and analyze key Agile metrics such as burn-down, burn-up, and cumulative flow diagrams Support Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and demos as needed Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve impediments in a timely and cost-effective manner Act as a liaison between teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless communication Manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining focus on strategic objectives Apply strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address complex challenges Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels through presentations, reports, and discussions Work efficiently in fast-paced environments while balancing strategic vision with execution details Contribute hands-on when required to ensure program success and delivery timelines Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 12+ years of IT experience with at least 4+ years in a scaled Agile/program management role Experience managing multiple teams in a SAFe environment Hands-on experience launching Agile Release Trains (ARTs) Exposure to technologies such as Java/J2EE, Web Services, APIs, microservices, SQL/NoSQL, cloud, containers, CI/CD, SOAP/REST, and Big Data (preferred) Strong ability to manage demanding timelines and technically complex programs SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification is preferred Experience in both startup and enterprise environments is an added advantage Exposure to Big Data platforms is a plus
